Birdie Social provides premium mobile golf simulator rental and event entertainment services. Our team delivers, sets up, operates, and removes all equipment for your event.

Booking & Payment

A 50% down payment is required to secure your event date for standard packages. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event and may be paid through the secure payment link provided with the booking confirmation. Pricing is determined based on your selected package and any additional customizations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Customers may instead reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the scheduled event are non-refundable, but the deposit may be transferred one time to a new available event date within 90 days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable and are not eligible for booking credit.

For outdoor events, if The Birdie Social determines that weather conditions make setup or operation unsafe, the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Weather-related decisions may consider rain, lightning, high winds, severe storms, saturated ground conditions, or other conditions that could create an unsafe setup or risk damage to equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the venue meets the space, access, surface, power, and other setup requirements confirmed before the event. If The Birdie Social is unable to safely set up because agreed-upon venue requirements are not met, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Liability

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by The Birdie Social team and use the golf simulator and related equipment responsibly. Event-specific insurance or venue requirements, when applicable, will be addressed during booking.

Venue Requirements

The event host is responsible for providing adequate space and electrical access as specified during the booking process. Birdie Social reserves the right to decline or modify setup if venue conditions are unsuitable.
