The Story Behind The Birdie Social
Golf Is the Game. The Experience Is the Point.
The Birdie Social was built around something Kim and I both value: creating the kind of gathering people genuinely enjoy being part of. Golf gave us the vehicle, but the idea was never to simply rent out a simulator. We wanted to build an experience that brings energy, friendly competition, conversation, and something unexpected to an event.
We're Josh and Kim, co-founders of The Birdie Social. Northwest Arkansas is home for our family, and we're building this business here from the ground up. Our goal is to combine a polished mobile golf setup with the personal service you expect from a local, owner-led business.
When The Birdie Social shows up, we want it to feel like an attraction — not equipment sitting in the corner. Guests can step into a closest-to-the-pin challenge, compete with coworkers, play a course, cheer each other on, or take their very first swing. It should be just as easy for a non-golfer to join the fun as it is exciting for someone who plays every weekend.
And for the host, the experience should feel effortless. We bring it, set it up, help run the action, support your guests, and tear it down when the event is over. You get a premium interactive experience without having to manage the technology behind it. That combination — fun for the guests, easy for the host — is what The Birdie Social is really about.
